1. Quiet hours

   From 10 pm to 6 am there is quiet throughout the building. Parties are not allowed, also not in the kitchen or other shared rooms.

2. Shared kitchen

   Please leave the kitchen clean: wash your dishes or put them in the dishwasher, and wipe the surfaces after cooking.

3. Shared bathrooms

   Please leave the bathrooms clean for the next guest.

4. Check-in and check-out

   Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 10 am.

5. No smoking

   Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building, including e-cigarettes and shishas. We charge 200 euros for violations.

6. Damage and dirt

   Anyone who damages or heavily soils the building or furniture pays for the damage. Theft and deliberate damage will be reported to the police.

7. Wi-Fi

   The Wi-Fi terms of use apply to the guest Wi-Fi.

8. Pets

   Animals may not be brought into the motel.

9. Own electrical appliances

   Hot plates, grills and similar appliances you bring may not be used.

10. Fire

    Open fires are not allowed on the property.

11. Termination by the motel

    We may end a stay immediately if a guest disturbs, endangers or harasses others, is suspected of a crime or repeatedly breaks these house rules.

12. Valuables

    We accept no liability for lost valuables, in particular jewellery and cash.

The German version is binding.
