Can I arrive at night?
Yes. The check-in kiosk at the entrance works around the clock. Rooms are ready from 2 pm.
When do I have to check out?
Please leave your room by 10 am on the day of departure.
Is there parking, also for vans?
Yes, right at the building and free of charge.
Can I cook for myself?
Yes. There is a shared kitchen, and every guest gets a lockable compartment of 14 to 21 litres in the fridge.
Can I do laundry?
Yes. The laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer for a small fee.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free in all rooms.
Can we book several rooms for a team?
Yes. Send us the dates and number of people using the company request form and we will send you a quote.
Can I get an invoice to my company?
Yes. Just give the company name and billing address when you request or book.
How far is it to Bremen and the motorway?
About 5 minutes to the A1, exit Brinkum, and about 15 minutes by car to Bremen city centre.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building, including e-cigarettes and shishas. We charge 200 euros for violations.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately we cannot accept animals.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am throughout the building.
What does a contractor room cost per week or per month?
Single rooms start at 38 euros per night. For stays of a week or more and for several people we send you a quote. Just tell us the dates and the number of people.
How far is it to Delmenhorst, Weyhe and Syke?
By car about 15 minutes to Delmenhorst (13 km), 15 minutes to Weyhe (11 km) and 15 minutes to Syke (13 km). Bremen Airport is about 15 minutes away, the Mercedes-Benz plant about 20 minutes.
